Three Ways to Think and Feel Out of the Box Today

Belief shifter #1

Be aware of your thoughts.

Whenever you have a thought that is contrary to your dreams repeat this question to yourself:

I wonder why I am so open and receptive to all of the good and abundance in the universe? It was Einstein that said; “Within the question is the answer.” Most of us do not ask the right questions.

 

Belief Shifter #2

Take a look at and “BE” in nature.

Go for a walk in the park; sit by the water or under a tree. Notice all the sounds, activity and smells. Be aware of all the beauty around you. Note how you feel.

 

Belief Shifter #3

Start a Synchronicity Journal.

As you go through the next couple of days allow yourself to be aware of the synchronicities all around you. Perhaps you will find a book that inspires an idea, hear a song that sparks an “Aha” moment. Keep a journal of all the out of the blue experiences.
